  • The Central Oregon GIS Users Group (COGIS) is a group of GIS enthusiasts in Central Oregon. Our members range from professionals to hobbyists. We meet on a quarterly basis to share our knowledge, ideas, and demonstrations in GIS. We are the largest GIS users network on the East side of the Cascades.
