Exhibitor Set up and Teardown Schedule

Setup:
Monday between 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Exhibit Hall Will Be Open from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday through 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Exhibit Hall opens at 9:30 a.m.
Sessions start at 8:30 a.m.

If you need access to the exhibit hall later Monday evening, please contact Exhibits Chair Doug Smith to make special arrangements with the hotel.

Teardown:
Wednesday 2:00 p.m. after final lunch break.
