Vendor and professional services exhibits will be in the
main Smith Hall Ballroom. The
opening keynote session, all session breaks, lunch and the vendor’s social will
also be in the Ballroom, concurrent with exhibits.
Exhibit hours will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, and from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 15. The only schedule exception being
Wednesday April 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for lunch set-up. Vendor set-up times are scheduled for
Tuesday, April 13 between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Wednesday April 14 from 7 a.m.
to 8 a.m. All booths must be
completely set up by 8 a.m. Wednesday prior to the opening key note speaker. Tear down will take place Thursday beginning at 1:30 p.m. Booth tear down must be completed by 3:00 p.m., prior to the closing session.
